Dispute mediation for public data provision is a system that supports the public use of data through simple
dispute mediation procedures without going through complicated administrative litigation about the refusal or
suspension of the provision of public data.

TIP! How to apply for dispute mediation?

Dispute mediation can be requested on the public data portal or the website of the Dispute Mediation Committee for
Provision of Public Data within 60 days of receiving a disposition for refusal or suspension of the provision of public data.
