If you need public data that is not included in the list other than open public data, you can apply it separately.
(Article 27 of the Act) When you apply for necessary public data, the relevant agency will decide whether to
provide public data within 10 days and notify the applicant.
In some cases, public data portals reject the application. In this case, the portal notifies the applicant of the
reason for rejection based on clear grounds. If the application for provision is rejected, you can request public
data once more with the application for dispute mediation.
